Yes! Each piece of jewelry that Jessa J. carries is made of solid sterling silver and have a rhodium finish. Some pieces are even accented with 24K yellow and rose gold! Jessa J. takes great pride in NOT using cheap inexpensive base metals.

Are the stones in the Jessa J. Jewelry genuine?
Yes! All stones used in the Jessa J. Jewelry are semi-precious and precious stones. Stones such as amethyst, citrine, blue topaz, white topaz, rose quartz, smokey quartz, and peridot are used to deliver the utmost quality to our customers. Jessa J. takes great pride in NOT using cheap imitation stones such as cubic zirconia.

How to care for my Jessa J. jewelry?
While Wearing: To simply care for your Jessa J. Jewelry do not use harsh chemicals or apply beauty products while wearing your Jessa J. Jewelry.

Simply remove them and put them on after you have applied your beauty products such as lotions or perfumes.

It is never recommended to wear your jewelry in water. Simply remove them before entering the water.

Clean: Sterling silver will normally tarnish over time. However, our pieces are rhodium plated to help prevent any tarnishing. Should your jewelry need to be polished there are simple steps to restore your jewelry's shine. You can use a mild sterling silver jewelry cleaner available at any professional jewelry store.

It is recommended to follow the instructions accurately provided on the cleaner you purchase. Never leave your jewelry in a cleaner overnight.

You can also use a dry polishing cloth to help restore the luster. Simply rub any of the pieces with the dry polishing cloth in a circular motion until luster is restored.

Can I place an order if I live outside the United States?
For the protection of our customers, Jessa J. does not ship merchandise to billing addresses we cannot verify. Jessa J. currently ships in the United States and U.S. Territories only.

What payment method do you accept?
For online transactions Jessa J. accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Presently, we are finalizing orders within 2-3 business days, plus delivery time. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. We will provide a USPS Priority tracking number for all orders shipped.

If an item purchased goes on sale will a price adjustment be made?
Currently Jessa J. does not offer price adjustments.

FAQ's on Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
Jessa J. prides itself on delivering exceptional jewelry. If, for some reason, you are not absolutely pleased with your order, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Jessa J. will offer a refund if you do not wish to exchange the item.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn items in resalable condition.

Regular sales made online may be returned for full refund (shipping not included) if returned within 10 days, as long as they are in resalable condition. Refund will be paid within 5 to 10 working days. Items we determine that have manufacturer defect may be returned within 10 days with proof of purchase. Items we determine have excessive wear or other signs of improper handling are not returnable.

Items that break prior to wearing, have a manufacturer defect, received incorrectly, damaged during transit, and are reported to the Jessa J. Customer Care within 5 days of shipment are eligible for exchange.

Replacements will be processed upon our receipt of faulty or damaged jewelry or item. Replacement items ship free to customers at Jessa J.'s expense.

Exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice along with any original tags or packaging.

What can be considered as a manufacturer defect?
Examples of a manufacturer defect:
1. Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
2. Non-functional clasp
3. Jump ring or chain link that does not close properly
4. Different from length described

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once an order is returned, Jessa J. will gladly process your refund. Refunds take about 5-10 business days to process. After mailing back your order, please allow at least 5 business days for your return shipment to arrive to Jessa J. headquarters.

When your return has been processed, you will see your refund payment after 5-10 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Can I edit or update my order once I have submitted it?
If you call 1-2 days after your order has been placed, Jessa J. can make revisions. Unfortunately, if it has been pass the 2 day period we are unable to make modifications to any order. If you put an invalid address, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.

How do I package my return?
Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. Jessa J. recommends shipping the item back using USPS Priority, so that you can track your package in the most cost efficient way.
